WE CARE provides Medical Services to those in need of rehabilitation support. Our clinicians provide intermittent/per visit services (no continuous or hourly service) to individuals restricted to the home and in need of short-term medical attention.
We Care Home Care and Hospice, Inc. is available in Alameda, Contra Costa, and Santa Clara Counties.

The services provided are in accordance with an established plan of care through your Doctor. The home health care service is already incorporated (free of charge) in both public and private insurances including.
